Spiritual Egg – Silent Saturday

Luke 23:56 & 3 Nephi 8:23

“And they returned… and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.”

“And it came to pass that it did last for the space of three days… and there was great mourning and howling and weeping among all the people continually…

Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin: “Between the sorrow of death and the joy of resurrection was a holy hush—a time of silence, stillness, and waiting. We too pass through our own Saturdays of uncertainty, but Sunday always comes.”

Today’s Invitation (Together 💑):
Take time today to reflect quietly. Visit a peaceful place (like a temple ground, a garden, or even a cozy corner). Journal together: What darkness has Christ helped you through? What hope are you waiting on? If you feel inspired, write a prayer or testimony to read on Easter morning.
